How to become a member:
Membership implies a source of advantages and security for any professional involved in commercial mediations; it is also an essential requirement for the commercial agent practise according to the Royal Decree 3595/77 of the General Statute of the Commercial Agents Associations and to the Decree 329/83 of the Catalonia's Professional Associations Regulations; and it specially means a professional guarantee for all represented companies and clients. Moreover, to become a member is very easy, there are more than 10 associations spread all over Catalonia to offer you the best service.
Essential Requirements for membership:
Documents you need to show in:
- documentation provided by the Association: Application form.
- National Identity Card DNI-NIF.
- Studies Certificate.
- 2 small photos.
- Membership fee: such fee is deductible from the tax declaration.
